Everyone buckles up
LawDrivers and passengers must wear a seatbelt where one is fitted. As the driver, you are responsible for making sure passengers under 15 are correctly restrained.

LawChildren under 7 must be properly restrained in an approved child restraint. Seven-year-olds must use one if it's available in the vehicle.
